Our average delivery time is 10 to 20 calendar days, starting from the payment confirmation date.
Production time may vary depending on the type of part, complexity, and order volume.
Once the order is completed and shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery time and tracking code.
Shipments are made through partner carriers or the postal service, always with tracking and special care in packaging, ensuring that each item arrives in perfect condition.
PICKUP AT THE STUDIO
For your convenience, you can also pick up your order directly at our studio, located in Garibaldi – RS.
When finalizing your purchase, simply select the "Pick up at the Studio" option, which guarantees free shipping.
The date and time for pickup will be communicated closer to the completion of production, and scheduling will be arranged via email or WhatsApp.

These conditions will always be stated at the time of purchase and are valid only for the specified period and regions.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address.
In case of return due to incorrect address or absence at the location, the reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.
