SHIPPING POLICY
All of our pieces are 100% handmade and made to order.
Our average delivery time is 10 to 40 calendar days, starting from the payment confirmation date.
Production time may vary depending on the type of part, complexity, and order volume.
Upon completing the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping time and tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.
Pick up at the Studio
For your convenience, you can also pick up your order directly at our studio, located in Garibaldi – RS.
When finalizing your purchase, select the "Pick up at the Studio" option to waive the shipping cost.
The pickup date will be announced closer to the completion of production, and scheduling will be arranged via email or WhatsApp.
RETURN POLICY

If the product has any manufacturing defects
No worries — contact us at oi@vanessalazzari.com and we'll make the exchange for you.
We will analyze the case and proceed with the replacement or repair process.
How to request an exchange
or return
Send an email to oi@vanessalazzari.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for exchange or return
Our team will respond with all the necessary guidance.
The products must be returned:
In the original packaging, with no signs of use or damage;
With label and invoice;
Within 30 days of receipt.
Purchases made in the online store can also be exchanged in person at the studio, by prior appointment.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Order
The customer may request withdrawal, cancellation or return within 7 (seven) business days after receiving the product, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
In the case of a return with payment made via credit card, the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may appear on up to two subsequent billing statements, according to the issuer's internal procedures.
