At Vanessa Lazzari Creative Studio, each piece is handmade with time and care.
Our commitment is to ensure you receive a unique, handcrafted, custom-made product in perfect condition.
However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen — and for that reason, we have established the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If the purchased product has any manufacturing defects, please contact us by email at oi@vanessalazzari.com within 7 business days of receiving it.

We will analyze the case and, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer the following options:

  • Replace with another part;

  • Issuance of credit for use in future purchases; or

  • Full refund of the amount paid.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has up to 7 (seven) business days after receiving the product to request a return and a refund of the amount paid.

For this to happen, the product must be returned:

  • In the original packaging, with no signs of use or damage;

  • With tags and invoice.

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed:

  • Credit card: the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may appear on up to two subsequent billing statements, depending on the issuer's processing time.

  • Pix or bank transfer: the refund will be made directly to the account provided, within 5 business days.

3. PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOMIZED

Because these are handmade, made-to-order pieces, custom orders are not eligible for refunds due to cancellations after production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

The customer will be informed of the estimated production and shipping time shortly after payment confirmation.
Changes to color, measurements, or finishes are not possible after this point.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For digital products (such as catalogs, guides, or files sent by email), access is granted immediately after payment.
Because the content is intangible and delivered instantly, it is not possible to request a refund after the material has been sent.

If you experience any technical errors, broken links, or failure to receive the file, please contact oi@vanessalazzari.com so that the content can be resent at no additional cost.

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a return or refund, please send an email to oi@vanessalazzari.com with the following information:

  • Your full name;

  • The order number;

  • The reason for the request;

  • And, if possible, photos of the product.

Our team will get back to you with instructions on how to send and track the process.
Returns should be sent to the address provided by email, always with tracking.

6. DEADLINES

The average processing time for exchanges or refunds is up to 10 business days after we receive the product at our workshop.
You will be notified by email at each stage: receipt, analysis, and completion of the process.
