1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including texts, images, photographs, logos, descriptions, illustrations, design, icons, videos and other materials — is the exclusive property of Vanessa Lazzari Creative Studio and protected by Brazilian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Total or partial reproduction of any content is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of the brand.
The misuse of visual elements, texts or images may result in civil and criminal penalties provided for by law.
2. HANDCRAFTED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All items sold are handmade and produced to order, and may present subtle variations in color, texture and shape, which are natural characteristics of the handcrafted process.
The average production and shipping time is 10 to 20 business days, which may vary depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the piece.
These variations are part of the authenticity and exclusivity of each creation.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices displayed on the website are in Brazilian Reais (R$) and may be changed without prior notice.
Payments can be made via credit card, Pix, or other methods available on the purchasing platform.
In the case of installments, the interest rates and number of installments will be displayed at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
4. SHIPPING, PICKUP AND DEADLINES
After payment confirmation, the order enters the production process.
Shipping is done via carrier or Correios (Brazilian postal service), with tracking available to the customer.
It is also possible to pick up the order directly at the atelier in Garibaldi (RS), by prior appointment.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and delivery service availability.
5. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
The customer may request an exchange, return or cancellation according to the conditions described in the Return and Exchange Policy.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with the invoice.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data provided by customers is used only to process orders, issue invoices and improve the browsing experience.
The information is treated confidentially and is never shared with third parties without consent.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products provided by the studio (such as catalogs, guides, and PDF files) are sent via email or access link after payment confirmation.
Because they are intangible and immediately accessible, refunds are not possible after delivery.
In case of technical failure or non-receipt, please contact us at oi@vanessalazzari.com so that the material can be resent at no additional cost.
