All of our pieces are 100% handmade and made to order . Our average delivery time is 10 to 40 calendar days , counting from payment confirmation.

COLLECTION AT THE ATELIÊ
Thinking about your convenience, you can also collect your order directly from our studio. When choosing delivery, simply select "studio pickup" and you will be free of shipping. The withdrawal will be informed close to the order completion date.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
IF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE HAS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
No branch! Contact us by email and we will make the exchange for you.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Send an email to oi@vanessalazzari.com, with your details and order details and we will contact you with guidance. Products must be returned in original packaging, with no signs of use or damage, with label and receipt.
Purchases made in our online store can also be exchanged directly at the studio, simply take the product without signs of use within 30 days to make the exchange.
IF I GIVE UP MY PRODUCT?

The deadline for withdrawal, cancellation and return of the product is up to seven working days, from the date of receipt of the product.
In the case of a return with payment made by credit card, the cancellation will be made with your card administrator and the refund may occur in up to two subsequent invoices in accordance with the credit card operator's internal procedures.
