Kokedama
Kokedama is an ancient Japanese technique meaning "moss ball." Traditionally, the plant's roots are wrapped in moss and soil, creating a suspended sphere, a magical effect of lightness and buoyancy. For me, this art symbolizes a direct connection with nature and the cycle of life, representing both the ephemeral and timeless beauty of plants. At its core, kokedama reflects the harmony of growth, adaptability, and constant regeneration.
In my version, I offer a contemporary and sustainable reinterpretation of this technique, using scraps from my own production to create a unique design. The result is a piece that brings not only sophistication to your space, but also a touch of profound meaning: an appreciation for what is simple and precious, reminding us of the importance of nature in our lives.
