Did you know that ginger has flowers? When I found out, it was love at first sight!

Ginger flowers are delicate and grow in an inflorescence that resembles a spike. They can be shades of white, pale pink, or red and are incredibly ornamental. But what we use in cooking is the root!

Inspired by this unique and charismatic flower, I created Ginger, a flower that embodies all this beauty in a special way.
