Limited Edition · Collab João Pedro Zandonai + Vanessa Lazzari
A symbol of resilience, adaptation, and permanence, the cactus flourishes where few can thrive. Its silent strength inspires the Calango Cactus Sculpture, a creation that celebrates the beauty found in time, matter, and transformation.
Handcrafted from reclaimed noble woods salvaged from the 1970s, such as imbuia, louro-freijó, grápia, cinnamon, and cedar, each sculpture presents a unique combination of natural tones, grains, and forms.
Instead of concealing its history, we preserve the marks that time has etched on its surface. Cracks, irregularities, and traces of its journey become part of the piece's identity, revealing the beauty of a material that carries memory.
The union between handcrafting, original design, and respect for the cycles of raw materials results in a unique sculpture, in which past and present coexist.
In its small version, the Calango Cactus features a sculptural composition with balanced proportions, ideal for environments that value the presence of works of art and objects with history.
A creation that invites us to celebrate permanence, balance, and the capacity for rebirth.
